NHNG-3010 NH3-N automatic online analyzer is an ammonia nitrogen (NH3-N) automatic monitoring instrument developed with completely independent intellectual property rights. It is an instrument that uses advanced flow injection analysis technology to realize ammonia nitrogen online analysis in the world. It can automatically monitor NH3-N in various water bodies for a long time unattended.

It can measure very low and very high concentrations of ammonia nitrogen, and is suitable for the laboratory or on-site rapid analysis of the ammonia nitrogen content in rivers and lakes, tap water, discharged wastewater, high-concentration sewage and various solutions.

The peristaltic pump of the instrument delivers the release fluid (dilute NaOH solution) as the carrier fluid, and the injection valve rotates at the set times to form a mixture of NaOH solution and water sample. When the mixing zone passes through the separation chamber of the gas-liquid separator, the release The ammonia gas in the sample is taken out. After the ammonia gas passes through the gas-liquid separation membrane, it is received by the receiving solution (BTB acid-base indicator solution). The ammonium ions increase the pH of the solution and the color changes from yellow-green to blue. The ammonium-enriched receiving solution is transported to the flow cell of the colorimeter, and its photovoltage change value is measured to obtain the NH3-N content in the sample.
